TWO BALL DRIBBLING
Purpose
To cultivate quicker hands, better ball-control, hand ambidexterity and more confidence.

Procedure
Players will work to execute the following maneuvers:
1. Rhythm Dribble Players will dribble 2 balls at the same time at the same height. [Only Registered Users Can See Links] ([Only Registered Users Can See Links])[Only Registered Users Can See Links] ([Only Registered Users Can See Links]) 2. 1-2 Dribble Players will dribble 2 balls at the same time with one coming up as the other is going down. Push/Pull Dribble Players will dribble 2 balls at the same time. The balls will be placed on opposite sides and one “pushed” forward, while the other is “pulled” backward.

The balls continuously both move in the same direction. Windshield Wipers Mirror Players will dribble 2 balls at the same time and execute “inside out” dribbles. The balls continuously move toward and then away from each other. Players should be in a low athletic position and work on not watching the ball. Players should work to execute all
maneuvers with either hand. Players should constantly challenge themselves to achieve a faster pace - mishandles should
occur from this internal challenge.
